Every year, approximately 100 of the best vacation scheme applicants are invited to attend one of a series of open days. Usually held in March, these are designed to give applicants an insight into the firm, as well as to help us decide the best candidates to invite on the vacation schemes.
The open days involve a number of talks from Farrers’ lawyers who are experts in their fields, as well as a no-holds-barred Q&A session with our current trainees, a short written exercise and a group exercise to assess teamwork and communication skills. Over lunch and throughout the day, there will be ample opportunity to ask us any questions and find out more about the firm.
