Grania leads the Financial Services team and advises clients on the law, practice and regulatory requirements of the financial services industry. 

Grania's work covers the preparation of documentation for investment products and services, such as collective investment schemes (both authorised and unregulated funds), investment management services and specialist banking products and services; transactional work in the context of the financial services industry, including fund amalgamations and transfers of financial services businesses; and advice on regulatory and compliance issues such as financial promotions, MiFID and the need for and assisting in the obtaining of FSA authorisation.  Grania also acts on the establishment of many FSA regulated businesses and frequently advises on LLP agreements.

Career

Trained at Farrer & Co and as a solicitor qualified in 1996; made a partner at Farrer & Co in 2002.
