- Acting for the merger parties in the UK's largest charity merger, establishing the 'merger charity' and advising on the transfer of the operations of the merger partners.
- Advising on the establishment and funding arrangements of a free-standing College and HEI within the University of London.
- Acting in relation to the involvement of HM Attorney General in a children's charity's affairs and the decision of the charity to lease an historic art collection and part of the charity's property to a body established for museum and exhibition purposes.
