In this bulletin, we analyse the impact of some recent Tribunal decisions in respect of social media and reflect on how new forms of media can affect relationships in the workplace. In addition, as we enter the New Year, it felt timely to review some of the key developments of 2011, as well as what is proposed for this year and beyond. In particular, we focus on the proposed employment law reforms announced by the Government late last year and on the new auto-enrolment pensions regime.
