The Government's recently published its response to the Hargreaves Review. That response broadly accepted Hargreaves' 10 recommendations but the Government’s route forward requires a number of legislative amendments, action by bodies such as the IP Office (“IPO”) and OFCOM, as well as further development through Government consultations.
