The Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011 (“PRSRA”) came into force on 25 April 2012. The last section of this relates to changes to the Licensing Act 2003. Some of the measures come into force immediately whilst others will be the subject of secondary legislation later this year, probably in the autumn. The new Statutory Guidance to the Licensing Act is due to be published around the same time.
