Privacy v the right to freedom of expression: Clarification from the ECHR

The European Court of Human Rights ("ECHR") recently delivered two judgments that explore the balancing exercise to be carried out between the right to freedom of expression, as set out in Article 10 of the European Convention on Human Rights ("the Convention"), and the right to respect for private life, as set out in Article 8 of the Convention.
