The Art Collecting Legal Handbook 2nd Edition (Sweet and Maxwell International Series, 2016) is designed to help the collector and their advisers navigate the legal maze of the art world. Each chapter will address a number of issues from the perspective of a different jurisdiction and Adrian Parkhouse and James Carleton have written the chapter on England and Wales, covering areas which include: Cultural Property and Art Market, Purchase and Export, Sale, Peaceful Enjoyment, Tax, and Art Philanthropy.
