We have an established authorised investment funds practice and act for a number of authorised fund operators. Our work covers the establishment of regulated funds ranging from large institutional and/or retail type funds to more bespoke private funds. We act for many UCITS and NURS funds and have acted on the establishment of a UK Qualifying Money Market Fund. We provide ongoing advice in respect of such funds including advice on new regulatory developments and events during the life of a fund such as fund mergers, and changes of ACD/manager, investment adviser and trustee/depository.
