We have extensive experience of representing and advising our sports clients - predominantly governing bodies - on contentious matters.
Such matters include those which are governed by the client’s internal regulations, for example selection, welfare and anti-doping, where we advise on the establishment of independent panels to consider specific issues and represent governing bodies in disciplinary hearings. They also cover the wide array of disputes which a sports client may face outside of its internal regulations.
We have represented our sports clients in Court and in appeals before the specialist Court of Arbitration for Sport.
