The team has an evolving client base of institutional investment management clients.
Chambers & Partners, 2010
Our investment funds practice is broad based, covering both regulated funds such as UCITS funds as well as alternative investment funds such as property, hedge and private equity funds. We have particular experience in certain specialist type funds including common investment funds and private investment vehicles.
The area of investment funds is one of the key areas of our wider asset management practice. We advise on the full range of issues encountered by investment funds and their managers, from advice on structuring and establishment, drafting of fund documentation and related agreements and ongoing advice required during the life of a fund, including amalgamations and terminations.
As a client, you will have a partner as main contact, always available to update you and answer any questions you may have. It’s this level of personal service that many of our clients appreciate, as well as our understanding of their present needs and future goals.
Our investment funds practice involves lawyers with both funds and regulatory experience ensuring that at a time of increasing and changing regulation you receive comprehensive advice.
We act for a wide range and increasing number of clients, from institutional fund managers to funds targeting ultra high net worth investors, more retail-style funds as well as bespoke niche funds including university funds.
