Farrer & Co advises Dura Software on the purchase of Infinity Software Holdings Ltd and Invosys Limited

Farrer & Co has advised US hyper-niche software acquisition group, Dura Software, on its purchase of two UK-based companies, Infinity Software Holdings Ltd (an interaction management software provider for contact centre environments) and Invosys Limited (a telecom services provider).
