Anthony is a partner in the corporate team and a memberof the firm's Entrepreneurs and Family Business group. He advises both corporate and individual clients on the full range of corporate transactions including acquisitions and disposals, equity investments and joint ventures and admissions and fundraisings on AIM.
Anthony is a contributor to the Butterworths Corporate Law Service and a member of the Legal Committee of the Quoted Companies Alliance.
