Daniella advises corporate and commercial clients on a wide range of corporate matters. She specialises in mergers and acquisitions, investments, initial and secondary fund raisings on AIM, shareholder agreements and LLP issues.
She also advises companies on their general corporate requirements, including advising on approved and unapproved share option schemes. Since qualification Daniella has been seconded to the Lawn Tennis Association (where she was involved in a variety of commercial and regulatory matters) and to the Science Museum, where for 10 months she acted as the Museum’s sole legal advisor.
