David has extensive experience advising on the UK tax aspects (and in particular on the VAT aspects) of complex transactions involving charities. He has also assisted several charities in resolving disputes with HMRC.

David has substantial experience advising individuals and families on the UK tax aspects of company and group reorganisations, notably where there is an international element. He also has extensive experience in assisting individuals and businesses in resolving disputes with HMRC.

David has extensive experience advising foreign domiciliaries with UK interests on their UK tax exposure, and in conducting negotiations with HMRC in circumstances where the UK tax analysis of international transactions is challenged.
