Edward has significant experience of advising on all aspects construction and property development. In addition to advising construction clients, funders, contractors and consultants on often procurement contracts, he advises on the construction aspects of real estate and finance transactions. 

He also advises on the resolution of disputes arising from construction projects. Edward regularly contributes articles to construction law publications, and has contributed chapters to two books on construction law.

Who we help

Edward is a member of the firm's Museums and Galleries Group, and advises a number of national museums on their construction and exhibition development projects. In addition to advising on the contracts entered into by charities to procure their construction works, Edward advises on construction disputes. He also advises his clients on how to comply with the various procurement regulations imposed on the museum sector.
