Emma-Christine advises both employers and employees on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Emma-Christine has experience both presenting and defending Employment Tribunal claims, including providing strategic advice on the conduct of a claim and securing settlement via mediation.

Emma-Christine regularly assists clients with day-to-day employment issues, such as advising on disciplinary and grievance procedures, reviewing policies and assisting with redundancy exercises. Emma-Christine also advises individuals and employers on drafting and negotiating compromise agreements and employment contracts.
