Frances advises sponsors of new charities, directors, trustees and officers of existing charities and other not-for-profit bodies, as well as individuals and companies wishing to make charitable gifts or do business with charities.

She has a wealth of experience in handling a wide range of contentious and non contentious matters, including internal disciplinary and complaints’ procedures; judicial review and injunctions, data protection and freedom of information and other regulatory compliance issues. She brings to her work at Farrers a thorough understanding of the challenges facing the higher education sector.
