Gavin specialises in advising charities, charitable institutions and foundations on property (including landlord and tenant) matters - with a particular emphasis on the property interests of leading City charities and institutions. Gavin has long experience of dealing with the complex and innovative geared leasing structures of real interest to that market.

Clients include grant-making City charities of significant endowment, charitable common investment funds, universities and other similar bodies governed by non standard constitutions.
