Gerri specialises in employment law. She advises both employers and employees on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment issues.
Gerri is experienced in helping clients firefight immediate issues, such as where a disciplinary offence is alleged to have occurred, by providing prompt strategic advice. Gerri also assists clients with mid to long-term projects, such as handling an Employment Tribunal claim or a redundancy exercise, in relation to which she works in partnership with clients to advise on both legal and non-legal options, and deliver the required outcomes. In addition, Gerri is experienced in advising clients on employment-related documents, such as contracts and workplace policies, or compromise agreements.
Gerri's experience in advising both employers and employees provides her with valuable insight into the strategies adopted by both parties to an employment relationship.
