Helen works on a wide variety of corporate matters for both private and public companies including mergers, acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, investments and reorganisations.
From July 2009 Helen spent seven months on secondment to the legal department of the Lawn Tennis Association and was also seconded to act as sole legal advisor to the Science Museum.
