Jonathan specialises in private company transactions including mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. He has particular experience of acting for entrepreneurial clients on the sale of their businesses to both trade and private equity purchasers. He also regularly advises professional clients on matters of partnership and LLP law.

Alongside Jonathan's corporate practice he also has particular expertise in partnership and Limited Liability Partnership law. He advises a broad range of partners and partnerships including other law firms, surveyors and architects. He has extensive experience of revising partnership deeds and LLP conversions for professional firms.
