Kathleen Heycock

Senior Associate

Many thanks to you and all the Farrers team for your endeavours on this one and for helping us steer a path through this difficult litigation. Although we did not relish settlement, you helped enormously as we considered the merits of the decision.

Client

Kathleen advises institutional, corporate and individual clients on both contentious and non-contentious employment issues such as employment tribunals, mediations, disciplinary and grievance procedures, drafting and reviewing contracts, TUPE transfers and large scale redundancies.

Kathleen has advised clients on complicated discrimination issues and the impact of changes in anti-age discrimination legislation in particular.
