Kenneth specialises in all areas of property-related disputes, including claims for possession of land both as against tenants and trespassers, business lease renewals, leasehold enfranchisement and adverse possession issues.
Kenneth has advised on many property-related aspects for the Duchies of Lancaster and Cornwall, and the London-based Portman Estate.

Kenneth has worked exclusively on Dispute matters since 1967, thus having some 43 years' experience in this field. He joined Farrer & Co in 1976.
Kenneth qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1978.
