Kim acts for individuals and institutions on a wide range of property work, focussing principally on estates conveyancing, agricultural and sporting leases and other agricultural matters, such as rights of access and deeds of grant.
Kim regularly advises on landlord and tenant matters (including improvement finance agreements, lease surrenders and the service of notices to quit) and also has experience in adverse possession and public right of way claims.
