Madeleina advises on trust, estate planning and taxation issues particularly in the context of international planning. Madeleina also advises on the creation and operation of offshore asset holding structures. She has a very international client base, some of which have strong Irish connections.
Madeleina's clients include individuals, trust companies and private banks. She is on the board of contributing editors for the Journal of International Tax, Trust and Corporate Planning. Madeleina regularly presents at international seminars and conferences.
