Madeleina advises on trust, estate planning and taxation issues particularly in the context of international planning. Madeleina also advises on the creation and operation of offshore asset holding structures. She has a very international client base, some of which have strong Irish connections.

Madeleina's clients include individuals, trust companies and private banks. She is on the board of contributing editors for the Journal of International Tax, Trust and Corporate Planning. Madeleina regularly presents at international seminars and conferences. She is Vice president of the private client commission of AIJA, a Committee member of the STEP EU Committee and a Committee member of the Irish Law Society Probate Administration and Trusts Committee.

Madeleina specialises in advising international clients in relation to trusts, foundations, tax planning, remittance and governance issues. She works closely with other members of the firm to ensure that a team is built around the client.
