A significant part of his practice involves the sale, purchase, and financing of high-value, complex country houses and estates. Patrick also has deep expertise in rural estate management, having advised the Duchy of Cornwall and the Church Commissioners for more than a decade. His work spans development, financing, landlord and tenant matters, minerals leases and renewable energy projects – ensuring he can navigate the most complex rural property issues with confidence.
Patrick also advises a number of our school clients on the property aspects of school merger transactions and disposal of school assets.
