Rebecca advises a broad range of charities and not-for-profit organisations on governance and other operational and regulatory issues.
Recent work includes advising on charity formation and registration, the establishment and use of trading subsidiaries and managing charitable assets (including permanent endowment). Rebecca also has experience of charity mergers.
Rebecca advises sponsors of new charities on charity formation and registration, and trustees and officers of existing charities on a variety of constitutional and operational issues.

Rebecca joined Farrer & Co as a trainee solicitor in 2009 and qualified into the Charity & Community team in 2011.
