Robin has over 30 years' experience in commercial property acting on investment acquisitions and sales, lettings and development agreements. He has also handled the property aspects of corporate and banking transactions.
Robin has acted extensively for landowners and developers in negotiating complex development agreements. Recently he has handled a number of lettings for a national retailer taking anchor stores in new shopping centres. He also has experience in the leisure sector dealing in particular with hotel lettings.
