Sarah Callam

Sarah has particular experience in advising charity clients. She works for a number of large charities on the management of their property portfolios and has experience on working on capital projects for charitable clients. She has an understanding not only of the reporting requirements and Charity Commission compliance issues affecting charities but also of the potential impact of restrictions on the organisational structure of a charity.

Sarah has also lectured trustees on charity property matters.

Sarah works for a number of foreign investors advising on the acquisition, disposal and management of both freehold and leasehold properties and property portfolios.
