Stephen has a broad based practice which covers all aspects of commercial and residential property for and on behalf of individual and corporate clients as well as charities. He specialises in mortgage law and works particularly closely with the banking and disputes teams in relation to the property aspects of banking transactions, including insolvency work and the enforcement of security.
