Tom advises corporate and commercial clients on a wide range of corporate matters. He specialises in corporate transactions, advising companies and investors in connection with share and business mergers, acquisitions, disposals and re-organisations.
He also advises companies on their general corporate requirements and is a member of the firm's Sports Group.
