Eliza's work is almost equally divided between children and money cases. She works regularly with high net worth, high profile and international private clients on wealth-planning tools such as pre-nuptial agreements and on complex financial disputes which arise between spouses or cohabitants. She also has considerable experience in advising on and resolving difficult disputes over contact or living arrangements for the children of the family, including applications by grandparents, contested international relocation cases and situations where one party has addiction or mental health problems.

Eliza has spoken at a number of international conferences in London, Oxford, Switzerland, Budapest, Malta and the US on topical family law issues such as prenuptial agreements, "Trusts and divorce", grandparents' rights and international custody issues. She also has a number of published articles in specialist journals on these and other topics.
