Hannah has worked on both contentious and non-contentious matters, including assisting in relation to complex ancillary relief cases, often where there have been assets held in other jurisdictions and/or trusts; issues of child contact and residence; application for leave to remove children from the jurisdiction; and pre-nuptial agreements.
She has co-written an article concerning the extent to which shared residence orders involve a child spending equal time living with each parent, which was published in the 25 year anniversary edition of Resolution Review (June 2008).
