James has broad experience acting for private clients, corporations, financial institutions and trustees in a wide range of disputes including breach of contract and fiduciary duty and civil fraud.
James is also a member of the Firm’s specialist Contentious Trusts and Estates Group and has extensive experience of large scale trusts and estates disputes in England and off shore jurisdictions. Acting for both trustees and for beneficiaries James has also conducted a number of investment claims against banks and other financial institutions.
James lectures widely and in the last 12 months has spoken in the UK and abroad on investment disputes, fraud and contentious trusts cases.
