Jeremy specialises in advising media and publishing companies, together with investors in media businesses, on M&A and private equity transactions, restructuring and joint ventures. He is the lead corporate adviser to Bauer Consumer Media and Emap, advising each on the purchase and sale of numerous consumer and B2B titles and strategic joint ventures and advises Bauer Radio on its M&A activity. Jeremy has this year provided seminars on the sale of media content and the Companies Act 2006.
