Jim is Joint Senior Partner and Head of the Private Client Teams. He has nearly 40 years experience in private client law and taxation. He has a wide practice advising individuals and trustees on international trusts, taxation, estate planning and family office structures. He specialises in offshore structures and reorganisations and inward investment into UK real estate.
He also acts as Solicitor to the Trustees of a substantial London estate. He has considerable experience as a speaker at conferences in the Channel Islands and Caribbean on corporate and trust related themes.
Jim is recognised as a leading individual in Legal 500 2011 where he is described as "dedicated".
