Employment Tribunal Fees - Part Two

The administrative court has dismissed Unison’s judicial review of Employment Tribunal and EAT fees. Tribunal fees were introduced in July last year and some have claimed that Tribunal cases have fallen by more than a half as a result. Unison had argued that the introduction of fees breached EU law, failed to take account of the Public Sector Equality Duty and constituted indirect discrimination.
