Tangled up in chains? Making sense of the new UK requirement to keep registers of "people with significant control"

In April 2016 a major new piece of UK company law will come into force. New rules will require UK companies to maintain registers of people with significant control (PSCs).

This article looks at what the new PSC register rules will entail and how they will apply where there are chains of companies controlled by one or more individuals at the top.
