Our team has significant experience advising on and drafting contracts, policies and procedures. Our work in this area can range from reviewing and tailoring individual contract clauses to drafting entire staff handbooks.

Such work often involves advice on the implications of an employee’s contract of employment either before starting work for a new employer or at the end of their employment.
