Our experience

Where a dispute has arisen, our lawyers have significant experience in exploring alternative solutions to the tribunal process in order to resolve workplace disputes.  In particular, we have successfully used mediation in a number of cases.    However, we also understand the limitations of some forms of alternative dispute resolution and in some cases it may not be possible to avoid tribunal litigation.  In such cases our lawyers understand the pressures and sensitivities which come with Tribunal proceedings, and they have the knowledge and insight to make the process as smooth running and stress-free as possible for you.
