International arbitration
Most of our work is international in nature and we have a long history of working with clients and intermediaries in other parts of the world. Our arbitration specialists are qualified in several jurisdictions (both common law and civil law). We regularly act as local co-counsel in London-based arbitrations that involve the laws of other countries (examples include Austrian, Brazilian, French and German law, and the laws of several African, Caribbean and US jurisdictions).
