Farrer & Co scoops Legal Week’s Transatlantic Private Client Team of the Year award jointly with California firm, Hersh Mannis LLP

Farrer & Co was last night awarded the Legal Week Transatlantic Private Client Team of the Year Award alongside top California firm Hersh Mannis LLP. The two firms worked closely together on a complex and unusual family matter which resulted in this award. The awards ceremony took place last night at the Jumeirah Carlton Tower hotel in London.

Led by Caroline Holley at Farrer & Co and Neal Hersh of Hersh Mannis LLP, the two firms provided advice in relation to a complex international pre-nuptial agreement. This was an example of the increasing number of Ultra High-Net-Worth clients seeking cross-border wealth protection by way of bespoke nuptial agreements.
