Alice is an associate in the property team, specialising in rural property. She acts for both individual and institutional landowners on a range of matters relating to residential, commercial and agricultural property.

Her experience includes:

- Buying and selling estates, farms and residential properties;
- Leasing of commercial property;
- The grant of, enforcement and variation of easements and covenants;
- Advising on tenanted land issues, including tenancies under the Rent Act, Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 tenancies and modern Farm Business Tenancies; and
- First registrations.

Alice read politics at Durham University before working in the House of Commons for three years as a parliamentary assistant and agricultural policy researcher for a Member of Parliament. She completed her Graduate Diploma in Law at BPP and her Legal Practice Course at Kaplan Law School before joining Farrer & Co as a trainee in 2014. She qualified into the property team in 2016.
