Caroline advises trustees, schools, universities, colleges, livery companies and banks on a wide range of financing matters, including real estate finance, general bank lending and private placements.
Caroline works collaboratively with colleagues around the firm to ensure that clients receive advice and assistance tailored to their needs. She works proactively to ensure matters are completed and enjoys working to, and achieving, challenging deadlines.
