Clive is a construction lawyer with over 30 years experience, specialising in all aspects of non-contentious construction law. He acts mainly for property developers, banks providing property finance, main contractors and large sub-contractors.

He has considerable experience of JCT, ICE, FIDIC and bespoke contracts. He has also advised on PFI and PPP contracts and assists clients in the management of disputes. He co-editied (and co-wrote the chapter on England and Wales) "Construction Law: Jurisdictional Comparisons", co-authored "Safe as Houses: a guide to building or restoring Super Prime Property" and also co-authored "Contracts For the Remediation of Land Affected By Contamination: A Guide."
