Who we help

Eleanor has significant experience of acting for major law and accountancy firms, ranging from advising on the nuts and bolts of carrying out restructuring exercises, data protection issues (including handling subject access requests), partner complaints and disputes, and assisting firms handling complex discrimination litigation commercially and pragmatically. Eleanor has also recently acted for a professional practice seeking a High Court injunction to enforce the restrictive covenants of a number of senior executives, obtaining a highly successful and commercial solution for the client.

Eleanor also runs partner training on employment law issues for law firms and other professional practices. She has a particular interest in working in this area, and recognises the wider reputational issues which clients in these sectors face.
