Michal trained at Ashurst LLP before moving to Farrer & Co on qualification in October 2008.

Michal has been praised by clients for giving 'very thorough and detailed advice' and for the 'support and encouragement' he provides. He has been been praised 'on a personal level [for being] such a pleasure to work with'.

Michal advises both employers and employees from institutional and commercial clients. His work involves advising on the conduct of claims (in relation to, amongst others, unfair dismissal, race and disability discrimination and whistleblowing) before the Employment Tribunal and the Employment Appeal Tribunal.

He also advises on non-contentious employment issues, including day-to-day advisory work on employment relations, performance management and the conduct of disciplinary and grievance procedures. Michal has recently provided training on the Equality Act 2010 and the Bribery Act 2010.
