Robin has over 30 years' experience in commercial property acting on investment acquisitions and sales, lettings and development agreements.
Robin has acted extensively for landowners and developers in negotiating complex development agreements. Recently he has handled a number of lettings for a national retailer taking anchor stores in new shopping centres. He has experience in the leisure sector dealing in particular with hotel lettings. He also handles the property aspects of corporate and banking transactions.
Recent experience includes advising:
- London Underground Limited on a development agreement at Hammersmith Grove where the developer had problems over rights of light
- Diageo plc in the development of its land at Park Royal which has involved the disposal of four plots for residential development, one of which is for social housing
- Burghley House Preservation Trust in the relocation of Stamford AFC to a site which is to be shared with New College Stamford.
