Alex works on a broad range of private family law matters with a particular focus on financial remedy cases, both contentious and non-contentious.

He advises on matters across the entire spectrum of private family law including divorce, financial settlements, pre and post-nuptial agreements, and arrangements for children following the breakdown of a relationship.

Many of Alex’s cases involve complex financial arrangements and disputes. He has particular experience of advising clients in cases with international assets and complex asset structures, sometimes involving allegations of non-disclosure.

Alex also has experience of advising clients in cases where one parent wishes to relocate with the children internationally.
